Coaching and Workshops
As a Heal Your Life ® Coach Lynn helps people improve EVERY area of life. This includes relationships, health, financial well-being, business success, spiritual growth, and overall living life more fully. She listens deeply to what you want and guides you at your own pace in the direction of your dreams. Each session is a collaboration to help identify any road blocks that may be keeping you stuck. Some of the road blocks may include: negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, forgetting your power within, feeling unworthy, deep rooted ancestral patterns or procrastination. It is Lynn's passion to help others explore, release and empower.
Life coaching is one-to-one consultation either in person or virtual. Because each one of us is beautifully unique, we require unique ways of learning, healing and processing. Each Heal Your Life coaching session is based on what YOU feel is best for YOU. Each session with Lynn promotes the development of inner skills like meditation, visualization, mind/body connection and affirmations.
This work is sacred. It is provided in a safe space, without judgement, and honors every person's journey!

New Moon Soundbath Meditation
Candlelight New Moon Soundbath Meditation
Our first New Moon Soundbath Meditation in August was wonderful. The energy not only filled the room; it filled the hearts of everyone in it. I am really excited to offer our 2nd one on Thursday September 10th. I am making a few changes to better serve the group. The biggest change being, opening the doors 10 mins earlier and I will also be adding more oracle decks and matches for the candles.
The meditation will be held upstairs again in the media room at The Kinergy Center. You don't have to bring anything but yourself. Wear comfortable clothing, leave your phones behind (in your car or at home) & everyone will be seated on a comfy theater chair. The cost is $45. The doors will be open from 6:20 - 6:55 pm and the Meditation will begin promptly at 7 pm.
The new moon signifies a time for setting clear intentions, new beginnings and powerful transformations. We don't always need to make huge changes or decisions to transform our lives. It takes a small intention or even simply a thought to begin the shift. Join me each month on the day of the new moon, to meditate, breath, reflect, set your intention, and connect to your intuition, guides and angels. That may sound complicated, but trust me, it is one of our superpowers. We are our own superheroes created with the power to connect, create and love.
Each participant will be smudged at the door, given the opportunity to ask their guides a simple question and then draw oracle cards with the answers, write out an intention for the next moon cycle with the guidance from the answers they receive from the cards, and then quietly take a seat in one of the comfortable chairs. All of these things will be offered from 6:20 - 650pm ONLY. At 6:55, the room will be lite by candle light and the group will begin a guided meditation while the vibrations of the sound bowls help to set their intentions into action.
Everyone will go home with a candle that can be burned each night, their new moon intention card, and the support of their guides, angels, the Holy Spirit and our community.

The Shine Bright Circle: Growing Resilient YOUth
This 4-week program has been designed to help empower young girls currently in 4th - 6th grades. We will be planting seeds of trusting intuition, self love, positive self talk, healthy ways of expressing feelings, spreading kindness to self and others, self regulation, calming breathwork, the power of moving the body, creating strong friendships that shine and celebrating the beautiful and unique gifts we each bring into the world.
Each week we will have a new focus but will also continue to practice tools we learn on week one. These tools include tapping, moving the body, sharing fun facts about ourselves, playing games and learning how to creatively problem solve.
We start the week of October 5th and end the week of October 27th.
Mondays 4:30 - 6:00pm 4th & 5th grades (10/5 - 10/26)
Tuesdays 4:30 - 6:00pm 6th grade (10/6 - 10/27)
